Arrival, Departure, and Facility Policies
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time starts at 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
- Pet Policy: Pets up to a maximum of 5 kg are accepted. Special privileges such as pet beds, cat litter, and toys are provided. Presenting vaccination cards and medical certificates is mandatory before check-in.
- Payment Methods: MasterCard and VISA credit cards are accepted.
- Spoken Languages: We provide services in Turkish, English, Russian, German, Arabic, and Persian.

- The Grand Villa (Laren Signature - 1 Unit): A 6+1 ultra-luxury villa with a 330 m² indoor area, 350 m² garden, and 30 m² private heated pool. Offers exclusive privileges such as a private chef, Angel (Vacation Assistant), and Bulgari amenities.

- Yacht and Helicopter: A one-time free yacht excursion is provided for stays of 15 nights or more (advance reservation required). Helicopter transfer services are available upon request.
